Pool Opening and Closing

IMPORTANT INFORMATION OPENING

DO NOT LOWER THE WATER LEVEL IN YOUR POOL BEFORE THE TECHNICIANS ARRIVE

Our service includes

• Start-up of filtration system
• Shock treatment

Your presence is not required to open your pool.

If you are absent

• Leave access to the pool and filtration system (door unlocked).
• We’ll leave winterizing equipment next to your filter. Please keep it for use in the fall.

IMPORTANT: Power to the system panel must be supplied while the equipment is running.
After starting the filtration system and shock treatment, it is your responsibility to adjust your water values and clean your pool.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CLOSURE

• The pool must remain in operation until our arrival.
• The pool will be fully closed by our staff using special equipment. The water level in the pool will not be lowered, and under no circumstances will the water level be lowered before or after closing.
• Piping will be blown out to winterize the waterfalls, but due to ground movement, no guarantee can be given.

• Please note that we do not have closing covers for sale.
• We do not offer a winter cover installation service.
